When I want a flavorful tea to pick me up in the morning or from my afternoon slump English Breakfast tea is my go to tea, strong with a dash of milk.
When I long for chocolate then drinking this chai is a great substitute.
Use 1 heaped tsp. of leaf per 8 oz. cup.
Let boiling water cool slightly before pouring over leaves.
Steep 2-3 mins.
Can be re-infused.

No wonder they call Oolong the Philosopher's Drink. It is mellow, fragrant, long-lasting and mystical. One of the many Oolongs that get better as they cool. Make full use of this tea - one teaspoon goes a long way. It will withstand multiple infusions so save the infused leaves and add 20 seconds to each subsequent steep.
