We have a new friend in Enzo from Believe Juice & Books, just opened on 53 Main Street in Tarrytown. As he said to us, "It's been such a long time coming..." - yes, we know exactly how challenging opening a new place can be - many hurdles to overcome everywhere you turn. Enzo created a charity in 2005 called 10 Mountains 10 Years and this Juice/Book shop was born out of those journeys and experiences. His juices and smoothies are going to be fresh-squeezed and his books are all goal-oriented - physical, spiritual or charitable. On his shelf which includes books on tea, he has thoughtfully and graciously given Silver Tips a mention. Thanks Enzo! And we agree with his signature sign-off - World Up! Indeed.
