This tea is LONG on flavor! It has just the tiniest hint of smoke; I don't know how to explain it, but I love it. Forcing myself to drink other teas in between just not to be gluttonous. Not the most sophisticated review, but then maybe there will be more left for me 🤣

I am still enjoying my first purchase of Makaibari 2nd Flush 2025 - but HAD to order more when I saw the 20% off offer.
This tea is still giving me a wonderful flavor and aroma and I knew I would be buying more anyway.
For anyone hesitating to purchase ... this is a lovely tea - that even holds up really well with a little milk and sugar.
I strongly recommend it!!

My favorite tea- bar none!

My go to tea for that zen moment of sitting with a cuppa, warming your hands and taking in the somewhat citrusy aroma., anticipating the full yet mellow taste and feel of this tea. I had a stretch of not being able to find it ( my error) and I’m so happy to have it back in my cupboard and tea pot!
