Keep cool on hot days with our specially-blended Iced Tea base.  We call it Summertime Black and it produces a perfect pitcher of Iced Tea every time.  High-Grown Nilgiri broken leaf tea from South India, gives you the ideal strength for Iced Tea - non-cloudy, quick to color, not overpowering in its taste.  Add sugar or lemon or sliced fruit - the tea will enhance all those flavors. You can also enjoy it hot - entirely up to you!

My favorite ice tea

This produces a great ice tea every time. No off-taste. I will sometimes throw in a flavored black tea with it such as peach and it blends perfectly, holding its own but allowing a hint of the fruit to come through.

The Nilgiri base is the key. It is not overpowering and allows the fruity flavors to come through. Glad you are enjoying it.

Steeping Instructions

Use 1 generous tsp. leaf per 8 oz. cup.
Pour boiling water over leaves.
Steep 5 minutes.
Chill in the refrigerator.

Love my afternoon tea buzz

The most relaxing time of the day with my wife is our afternoon tea. We take our time as while the tea cools it improves in both flavor, mouth feel, and of course the buzz. This is my only deliberate flirt with caffeine and everything else that is packed into this tea. We believe this time together, music, tea, and laughing improves all the rest of our life.
